No need for expensive deployment mechanisms either, would be self inflating  ;D

I always thought that a spike in the middle of the steering wheel would be a good safety device, might make some people drive a bit better!

Well, he obviously is a bit sharper than the rest and, realising that he only has to render himself incapable of procreating, went for something with a low probability of outright death and a high probability of the meat and 2 veg ending up dangling from a nearby tree.  ;D
