Right, update to this thread.

Picked up an R reg 3.0 v6 Elite today, been stood up three years with head gasket failure.......fired up first turn of the key and drove onto the truck  :o

Unfortunately its not viable to put back on the road, but want to utilise bits of it for my 2.2 facelift,

I don't fancy putting the entire Bose system in, but will the speakers be a first replacement?
Guessing the leather won't fit and the xenon lights won't be a straight fit.

I presume you're talking a combination of sensors and airbags.  This preface lift Elite has side airbags, surely it has the sensors as well?

I also don't want to waste this car and want anyone interested in bits to let me know, will all be cheap.

bose speakers are no use without the rest of the system.

the leather wont fit as yours has S.I.P.S in the seats.

This pre facelift elite has side airbags in the seats, surely it would have the same sensor system as the facelift models if that's what you're referring to

Nope, your 3.0 have mechanical seatbelt tensioners, the 2.2 has electrical ones, not compatible or interchangeable  :y

You can however unbolt the side airbag and seatbelt tensioners from your 2.2 seats and fit them to your 3.0 seats.
If the 2.2 is a GLS it might not have the wiring required for seat heaters or for fully electric seats :-\

Not necessarily. OP has suggested his PFL is a MFL, thus have pyrotechnic pretensioners.

The problem is the lack of Active Head Restraint (and insurance issue rather than technical issue) and an incompatible seat heating system (technical issue)
