Air-Con temperature.
« on: 01 August 2013, 20:13:24 »

With the air-con switched to LO, I'm getting a temperature of 5c at the central vents ( after about 10 minutes). I'm using an old wooden thermometer.

Is this about right?.....it feels pretty cold on my hand.

I seem to recall that last year I had a temperature of 3-4c at the vents.

Regas?

this time last year it would have been 3-4c without the air-con on.  :y

but seriously - the ac will be working a lot harder this year - I wouldn't waste my money regassing until it's 10c or more. particularly when you're only gonna get another month or so of use out of it until next summer.

You are confused. That was a ruler on your backside. Thermometers had mercury in them. Sort of a liquid metal ;D
