That's the problem.. You won't get decent diagnosis from someone who's trying to sell you a new battery. Well worth checking all connections and especially engine to chassis  and chassis to battery negative straps.

doing a dynamic volt test will be a very basic test for if your alternator is working well. batt voltage should increase by at least half a volt when engine turned on. if it doesn't could be a poor alternator. from what ive learned :)

also worth doing a volt drop test to see if you have a parasitic draw draining the batt overnight

reckon cleaning inside battery lugs will sort problem-its amazing how dirty battery terminals can effect voltage :y
