Hi guys.

Got to service this POS tomorrow 

to change spark plugs do I get that silver cover off... presumably it just pulls off?


and the air filter.... does it live in that box which is at the end of the intake snorkel?

Silver cover just pulls off carefully air filter is hidden further back than that box in photo that just lifts off air filter is a bit further back held in by two torx screws on the top a light and arms like a 10yr old helps

Yep and they ain't nice to do,setting kit required and I think it's 5years 60k miles from memory

Yeah locking tool for cams and crank bit of a pig to do 60k sounds about right

no timing belt done. that's already been done, 

got some interesting pics 

firstly.... these plugs.... is that brown crusty stuff a sign its burning oil? 

and this is by far the worst air filter ive ever seen

Plugs and filter look pretty shagged,although those filters do seem to pick up a lot of crap anyway

That looks a hell of a gap on those plugs
