Which pads

Just a quick 1 guys, which Pads should I use + how much Vx or After market :y

Vauxhall on Trade Club  :y :y :y £20ish last time I bought them

TC pads are the best price/performance. Tried and tested, and will take some severe abuse (road use abuse, not track abuse).

Some say they are a bit wooden, but I've never been bothered by that. They do need a little heat in them for peak effectiveness though.

OE pads, approx £80 a set, are what GM fitted in the factory. Less dusty, more bite when cold.


Pattern pads for road use, IME, are universally shite. And I've tried many ;D

Only use OE discs - pattern tend to warp!  Vx sell set front discs + pads for around £90 on TC :y

I did try it on in the local stealers sometime ago, said it can be done if I have the card No. :-[

Yep its only the calipers, pins and springs that are different (plus of course the discs) ;)

I didn't think about them as a kit  :y

Nor did I - was just confirming all rear pads the same and highlighting those parts that differ ???
