Need an item for camping at Newent. Reserve online at MK's Go Outdoors. A couple of hours later, get an email to say they haven't got any, and they will call me (still waiting).
So, immediately reserve one at Oxford. Trapse over they this evening, probably a 70m round trip, pick it up. I ask the assistant if the unit is OK, as the box looks opened, but assured its fine, and its just the packaging sometimes gets opened. Like a prat, as in a hurry, take her word for it.
Just got home, so thats 6pm to 9:15pm (did stop for a bite to eat - more expense), its one a previous customer has return as faulty. Worse, I have all the previous customer's details, including name, address, phone number, and probably several digits of their credit card number.
Are the people that Go Outdoors employ really that retarded, as at least 2 of their staff (the picker and the sales assistant) have clearly handled this, and thats not including the staff that dealt with the exchange item back in June. breakless rather retards

I suspect now I'll have to trapse all the way back, wasting another evening and 3.5 gallons of fuel.
