Problem with handbrake
« on: 23 August 2013, 20:43:03 »

Hi,
I have Omega B, 95' saloon, 2.0 16v petrol. And I need complete new handbrake kit including handbrake bads, plates etc. I found these parts from omega B 98' diesel.

Will it fit to my 95' omega ?

Yes, the rear brakes before 2001 were identical across the range (2001 onwards, the V6s had vented rear discs, so discs and calipers (and the pins and springs) varied)

All handbrake parts the same throughout the range (as far as I know). BUT, it's not likely your shoes will have worn out, you may just need to strip & service your brake parts.
