CCR2006 Head Unit with a mind of it's own?
« on: 27 August 2013, 16:32:35 »

Is it normal for the head unit to switch off in one mode and switch on in another mode?

(switch off ignition with Radio playing and switch ignition back on later and CD plays)

That's what mine does sometimes!

Same here. It just happens, but not all the time. No sleep lost over it.

Suspected it might be something like that. I wonder why they didn't use NVRAM for something as frequently written as its' power down state given that it has a permanent 12v feed.

It only had to last 1 or 3 years to get through warranty ::)

They are all well past their sell-by date now...
