Track Rod Ends - Copper Slip?
« on: 11 September 2013, 18:56:01 »

Can't remember where but seen a photo on here, which had in the background track rod end with copper slip in thread.

I've got a pair of complete new ones arriving, is it worth taking each side apart, coat thread in copper slip and re-assemble?

I'm then heading to WIM to have them fitted, along with a geo session. Thinking copper slip will aid future adjustments?

Thoughts?
