Another disgrace from our EU masters who cannot or won't budget.

£3.5 billion required from member states to stay afloat.

It will be interesting to see how Cameron handles this!

This is an 8% budget deficit, while preaching and forcing the Eurozone countries, especially the PIIGS to get down to a deficit of 3%, which again shows, what we already know, the EU headquarters in Brussels is full of two faced, socialist hypocrites.

Hopefully if they don't get the cash they'll just have to shut down, as the US government is threatening to do!
