I can't watch it, it upsets me. Even if it had Leslie Ash (in her prime), I still wouldn't be able to watch it...

(And yes, sad I know, but I always quite fancied Ms Ash, until she had her lips inflated to 75psi)

Fixed. :)

Dont agree with you Lizzie about Led Zep. Good group with some damn fine music but Plant to up him self. Mettalica, Purple, Sabbath with Ozzie,Doi and Ian Gillan and the " original thrash metal group" Motothead :D they all better. :y

I also think Zep were greatly over rated tbh Keith. They had the best manager in the business and he built up a lot of mythology around them, and was clever enough to never allow them to be over exposed. I liked Zep 2 and some of Zep 4,but that was about it.
Never liked Plants voice (too girly) and never considered Page worthy of being put in the same category as the the greats (Clapton/Beck/Hendrix etc.). Bonzo would be in the top three great rock drummers though, alongside Baker & Moon imo.
Back in the day,I much preffered Deep Purple, for Gillans Vocals,Blackmores guitar playing, and many great songs which were to my ears more melodic and better constructed than most of the Zep stuff. Couldn't abide Sabbath,Mettalica, Motorhed etc. though  ;D   Each to their own though. ;)

P.S. As for Queen - don't even get me started.  :-X ::) ;D ;D

Seems to me that the Beeb are trying to market their kids series like Dr Who as serious drama now.
So progs like Merlin, Torchwood and now Atlantis are also billed the same. As for ITV, it,s sh*t.
Sorry, rant over :-*

I also tend to take things on face value, rather than suffer what's said around a subject. I like what they do, and take little notice of what's said as a result.

So there's little credit any discussion after that. ;)

The mistake Ms Ash made was getting her lips pumped a second time... She contracted MRSA from the jab, and now often needs a cane to walk :'( a very pleasant person in the flesh :y

If forced to watch trash tv, Strictly probably floats to the top first.

Especially if Alliona is in it.  :-X

Now your talking :y

She let herself go long before that  :'(

I always imagined she would be a nice lass, despite her fame. Never had the pleasure of ever meeting her though.

In fact, it seems Saturday night telly has really gone downhill, or is that an age thing?

I seem to remember always setting the VCR for Friday and Saturday evening telly...  :-\

 :o

A waste of tape. Saturday evening TV for me has been a load of tripe since Bruce Forsyth was on it the first time round (long before they exhumed him to present strictly). ;D

And yes, much rather listen to Led Zep. Or Queen, for that matter.

They used to have films and (proper) dramas on, rather than wall to wall dull quiz/reality/"talent" 'dangle berries'.

You could always watch the Mama Mia DVD, and have a sing-a-long together ::)

Nothing to snigger about, the poor bloke's trying to find something they can both enjoy on a Saturday evening.

Just trying to offer a constructive suggestion, that's all :y
