track rods

Have just found a new track rod, trouble is there seems to be a different part number for face lift and pre face lift :o what's the physical differences between them,can i use it on a fl car :o

its the complete unit inner and outer and adjuster..

Yes, it will fit. I did not know they were different. I have three PFL cars and three FL cars and I fit track rods indiscrimately. I always buy aftermarket ones, so much cheaper then Vx. They fail MOTs now if the gaiters are torn. I buy German ATE boxes of 2 wishbones, 2 track rods and 2 2 drop links for £70 the lot, and fit the parts as necessary.

I have bought from them a couple of times... quick, tidy service, and for the price, the parts are pretty durable, lasting 20k or so :y

Their wishbones are pretty well built compared to Firstline and Delphi rubbish ones...
