How comes when peoples have a good experience at halfords, do certain members allways come up with the same old line."Saturday boy"
my local halfords is very good, yes there are some staff who are not up to speed, but how many on here can say at  17/18 years old they were.. Doha they are all perfect,i forgot.

Totally agree with that, anyone would think they dont have full time trained staff or something.

Anyway the Saturday Girl at Chingford recently changed a wrench for me without the reciept.  :y

Never had a problem changing faulty goes personally.  Always been pretty good at the three stores that sour round us.

Common sense from the staff on the other hand... Well, if they where any good they wouldn't be working an Halfords, would they! In the same way McDonalds staff struggle with simple task of taking money and handing over burgers ;D
