Have i got time ?

To cash some road fund licence in  ??? It will be in the post some time but am i right in saying as long as its posted before the end of the month it will be ok . Disc runs out March  :-\

Send it Special Delivery, they'll get it either Friday or Monday :y it's a bit of a gamble, but you should get at least four months out of it :-\

As I understand it, the date of the Post Office frank is used by DVLA for the refund date.  :-\

He's from near Manchester, big into drugs in that part of the world..... ;) ;)  :D
