Mazda,bentley,audi mercedes do 4 door coupes and thats just a few of them  :y

Coupe refers to the roofline, with iirc a fixed head coupe having a fixed metal roof and a drophead coupe having a cloth or removable roof.

Although most are two door, then can have four.

Yep. That's why I consider quite interesting the evolution of car designing as up to the not too far past there weren't too many categories, manufacturers creating new ones day by day though. Nowdays if I saw a car I could not be sure of it was an off-road or a cross-over as at first glimpse the one looks like the other. As well as a four-door coupe and a saloon and it could be continued.

A two door car is considered to be nicer looking than a four door, hence manufacturers hiding rear door handles in the rear C pillar in an effort to hide the rear doors.  ;)
