I've always felt that 2.6s feel a bit flat to drive. The 3.2 is certainly more pokey.

The Z22 isn't an Omega engine iirc, so either an Astra G/H, Zafira B or Vectra C, all of which weigh a damn sight less than an Omega, and are all geared for flying around ::)

They go quite well when you are used to 2.0 and 2.2....... :D :D But maintenance costs much higher, any further Omega in this family will be a 2.2, more than adequate for our needs....... :y :y

I must have a good one then, in Germany I have seen 125 mph with ease, everyone who has been in it comments on  how quick smooth & quiet  it is , have not ever been in a 3.2 so can't comment but my 2.6 is superb & certainly not a "slug"

2.5 and 2.6 do both feel a bit flat compared to 3.0 and 3.2. They're just not really performance models
