A mad road
« on: 30 January 2014, 17:16:52 »

Just dropped a customer off in a road in Wroughton.....Ok ive stopped outside his house on double yellows.....and a woman in a vectra comes up behind me and has to wait for a gap in the oncoming traffic to get past.....she watches as i unload a big heavy suitcase from the boot (pickup from Heathrow) ..... then as she goes past she blasts her horn.....guess she couldnt wait for a min or two......i pull away behind her....then unbelievably she stops on the very same road to pick someone up......so she gets two long horn blasts from me  ;D as i go past. Stupid cow!  ;D  I get to the end of the road and theres a bloke getting out of his Landrover.....with another car stopped in front of him....not sure what has happened.....shunt maybe....dunno.....but the bloke with the landrover after getting out slams his drivers door so hard....the window shatters  ;D

I decided to nip home quick and lock myself in, away from the mad people......is it a full moon tonight or summat  :-\ ;D

I recognise this problem.

One of my daughters lives on a road with double yellow lines, but she has a mobility car with the blue badges for the autistic grandchild. She often gets hooted and sworn at when stopping to load/unload her son outside her home. They do not see the blue badge in the window and get so annoyed to be held up just a few minutes on their journey, when in fact they are using a rat run when an excellent bypass road could be used for them to get to their desired destinations!

Some people!! ::) ::) ::) >:( >:(
