Rear 12v socket, times out after 15mins from ignition off.

Could this be increased? Say to an hour.

Yes I did wonder, but I had to charge me phone at work yesterday, and re started the rear socket by turning the ignition on again every 15mins.

It was running for at least an hour. Battery seemed fine on starting 6 hours later.

If its just going to be used for charging a phone in a emergency ect, iirc, there is a permanent fused 12 volt feed mixed up in the existing tow bar wiring.
Nip down to halfrauds / maplins, and fit one of the universal ones just inside the boot (if yours is a saloon) and stick the wire through the hatch in the back seat.
Again, if its just a phone your charging, don't worry too much about the car battery unless you still have one of those 80's vintage yuppie phones

Easy enough to bury a fly lead from an additional socket behind the driverside cubby hole my idiot box is wired in that way, via a fuse straight of a switched live feed Choice of switched or permanent there...

What would be absolutely ideal, is if the front/ash tray 12v socket stayed live. If only for an hour or so.

Probably should of thought of that before posting
(but as the rear one has a timer, I presumed the relay could be tweaked.)

You don't need to turn the ignition on .. just open/close any door ..   That repowers the system ..

Fairly sure its a seperate circuit. Cirtainly on opening the door to check the phone, it wasn't charging. So key in, ignition on. Charging. Ignition off. Still charging. Etc

If you want a permanent supply at the rear acc socket  just remove K154 (up above cabin fusebox) and bridge the contacts
