Got home from work Saturday morning at 4am, got into bed then woke up at 7:30am with that dreadful feeling in my stomach 'oh my god i'm gonna $h1t meself' feeling!!!  Since then I've done nothing only be unwell (shall I put it nicely  ) out of both ends since. Mrs brought me up a brew later on in the day, managed half of it before it decorated the loo 

I've never felt as rough from then till this afternoon when it finally stopped, not eaten anything till today and only then it was toast. Spoke to the Doc, who suggested to stay in bed NOT to go there, and keep downing fluids. Feels like I've been kicked in the stomach by a racehorse!

All I can say is Norovirus sucks big-time!!!!

I had it 3-4 years ago now (caught from a hospital)...I felt really bad and lost 2 stone over 4 day ???s...thing is I never once had stomach ache...
