Shell LPG offer?

The other evening, quite late I tanked up on LPG at Shell just off the M3. Filled, went to pay, cashier chucked 2 bags of Cadbury's Mini Eggs at me and said:

"Free cause you used LPG'

I was a bit confused.... I blame a recent 300 mile stint in a Luton Transit, I was enjoying the silk like Omega ride when I needed fuel.

He explained a few times, but a combination of his heavy accent and my transit induced tiredness. I really did not get the offer. He mentioned something about price being 68p, rather than 73 listed outside, I ended up paying what the pump said cost wise.

But got free choccie? Well better than nothing! :)

Partial to those mini eggs. Bit far for me to go to get a free bag though, that  and the fact I don't have LPG means I'm pretty well stuffed. break it!  :D

Most stations seem to have offers - the BP is usually 5p off a litre if you buy whatever they are flogging, eg coke, ribena, chocs

Yeah, but that stuff is so over priced I think you struggle to break even!

If its the same offer that I mentioned in the other thread, its 5p off all Fuels, although not to sure what happened in tunnies case.

Bp Spenser's wood 64p a litre. Plus the 5p average accumulator. 59p a litre over 10 visits. :y

Sounds like the station at J4A to me? Not had any freebies myself, but have had the accent. Oh, and it's normally 69.9p.
