Rooney is playing well...as a defender.
At £300,000 A WEEK,
old chimp face doesn't need the other ten players. He could win the game on his own.

He has been shite from day 1, never been impressed with the little runt. Every England appearance he has been nothing short of pathetic, always over hyped.
Utd have a serious amount of Debt, if they don't get their act together I can easily see them going under. Now that would be a shame
Man U over the last 4 years having been paying down their debts rather than investing in the squad. The debts have gone from a peak of £750m to when I looked at the accounts last year at about £200 odd million, so they are not in the difficult financial position they were a few years ago, when I thought they may follow Liverpool.

Unfortunately, without the Glaziers buyout Man U would have had about an extra £1bn to spend on players and their wages over the last 10 years and would have won much more.

SAF effect as the manager was able to get consistently good performances out of many players that you can only class as average and top players like Scholes have not been replaced.

Now he has gone, we have a manager who hasn't been able to do the same, we are seeing where an average squad, with a yet to prove he is an above average manager, really sit in terms of performance.

They now need to spend some serious money on boosting their squad where they need to replace about 10 players, which to get the quality they need is going to cost £15 to 35m each, say an average of £25m, so they need to spend around £250m. If they don't then I can see a long term decline, which will hit revenues and obviously their position as the UKs top club.
