I hear that Prawns are good, juat stick them down the heater vents and leave only for a bit (week or two) should mask the smell of the fags nicely  ;D ;D

A thorough steam clean & valet is your best bet. The lemon suggestion may help as might a vinegar & water solution on hard surfaces. This time of year keep windows open while driving., nothing better than fresh air. Can't help any further as i smoke myself but natural remedies, ie vinegar,  lemon & fresh air are your best bet. Too many folks drive about with the windows up. Even if i did'nt smoke the air is too humid in a car with the windows shut.
    Oh, i nearly forgot, a week or so after wet vaxing the carpets do 'em again dry with shake & vac as you would at home!!! :y
