probably when i took my driving test 12 years ago. although im sure our local law enforcement agency would advise i take another look hehehe

Every couple of years!

I have to do a theory test every couple of years for my Military Driving Permit (plus a european one for Germany) even though I didnt have to sit a thoery when I took my test some 13 years ago... >:(
