Hi guys, I'm hoping you can help.

We have Freeview at home and therefore don't have the F1 channel.

I've looked in to upgrading to include this (I don't need any other channels, just want this one) but I have to subscribe to a sports package. is there any way I can watch this online for free? Not looking for illegitimate ways you understand; just wondered if I can set something up online as there's loadsa talk about watching it online but I have no idea what to do as I am a bit techno-phobic 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would think a Now TV box and subscribe to sky sports would be the simplest legal way to do it.

Need reasonable broadband speed though

I make do with BBC coverage on freeview and to be honest some of the races are better in highlights format.
I think you can watch RTV for free but not sure how, I am sure someone will provide the details.

Best to buy passes on eBay than paying full whack sky/NowTV prices. Loads on there with huge savings HTH

Yep £9.99 for 24H, So a good saving on those on eBay, God knows how they can do them for those prices.. Just type in NowTV movies or entertainment or sports pass... You name it they are on there.

To be honest though, check out Sky Sports Mobile TV in the App stores, its £4.99 per month for Sky Sports1,2,3,4 SSN, SN & F1 

Only downside of course is it's mobile only...
