All good thanks. Just very busy... Had one guy leave and had to part company with a second at very short notice! But things are starting to move in the right direction again now :y

Plus, I was finding it a little tedious here with all the scratching and hair pulling so I've not been on much. Figured a break was better than hitting the delete button ;)

Unfortunately the busy with work is the wrong type of busy! Busy because I've been let down, not because of the workload! I reckon I've lost £7-10k income in the last 6 weeks!
