I remember a friend of mine telling me about the time he was on bomb squad in NI. Got call to diffuse 2 devices. After a couple of minutes he started laughing to which his superior office shouted at him it was no laughing matter, to which he replied it bloody is the stupid paddy had forgotten to connect the timer to the explosives :D :D ;)

Still makes me laugh to this day ;D

2 Irish farmers decide to do some business together, 1 says to other, how much will you sell me your donkey for, £50, deal says the farmer. He gives him the £50 and tells him, I'll pick up the the donkey in the morning.
Next morning he receives a phone call from farmer, I'm very sorry but the donkey died last night. No problem just give me the money back, can't do that, why so, I've already spent your money, ok then just give the dead donkey. What are you going to do with a dead donkey, I'm going to Raffle it. A few weeks later the 2 farmers bump into each other.
How did the raffle go,went better than expected, managed to sell 200 tickets at £2 each, you did very well, but wasn't the person who won upset when he realised the the donkey was dead, yes he was, so what did you do. We'll I took back his ticket and give him his money back :y
