....and the French!

Just spent the afternoon/evening at a Wine Expo here in Lyon where I was given free entry and thus free access to 100s of different wines (hic!)  Evidently I bought far more than I could carry so I found the home delivery service where I made a new friend who, on discovering I was English, gave me the delivery for free (30€) took me to his friends stand where I basically drank the equivalent of a bottle while trying all his wines (one at 32€ a bottle) then to his brother in law's food stall where we sat eating some of the most delicious fois gras and cured duck.

I now have 3 new friends and a possible side-business venture

The cemeterys are worth a good look, but the ones along the western front put it into perspective.
