Plus the transport Police are quite within their rights to waid in and arrest them by force if required for trespassing.

Dont think a class 66 and bloody great big girder bridge will be bothered by a few climbing ropes!

Those M.G.R locomotives can switch the traction motor controller to '1/2 mph crawl' so personally, I`d think any eco-loonies still a`top should be able to safely disembark.

IMHO; If those 'greenies' were Islamists, there`d doubtless be armed police swarming all over the place.....and surely, in this day and age such 'publicly disruptive' behaviour (of any colour) can`t be accommodated or tolerated....What`s next; nuclear waste trains?......petrol tankers?

If I was the train driver I would probably not be able to help myself...........I would want to see what happens when they hear 3000bhp of lazy diesel engine rev up and start creeping forward.

Love the idea, but bet it would be the train driver that gets into trouble if one of them got hurt.

Treat them as terrorists....Not that it would be acceptable in our overly tolerate society but i see no reason why the police cant go in with batons drawn and slightest bit of back chat...start cracking some heads.

Would send out a message too these lazy work shy dole scrounging lay abouts that simply stating they want too save mother earth isn't an excuse not too wash...isn't an excuse not too work...isn't excuse to squat in any place they can find.
