LED headlights.
« on: 03 May 2014, 16:44:08 »

I notice that many new cars, especially the premium brands, are now coming with LED headlights fitted as standard.

Is this 'new-fangled' source of illumination any good?

Will LED's light up the road better than the HID's fitted as standard to all MV6 and Elite?

Is this the way forward?

.....or is this new technology 'shite'?.... ::) ::) ;D

Looks like a £995 option on the poverty spec models.

I think they are dangerous. Even brighter than full beam in your face. That won't matter to the inconsiderate gits who use them though.

With so many negative comments I'm surprised that LED's are legal.
