Obviously not getting enough rust... Might I prescribe a second Omega, perhaps a prefacelift, as they contain much higher oxidation levels :y

Obviously not getting enough rust... Might I prescribe a second Omega, perhaps a prefacelift, as they contain much higher oxidation levels :y

Yep. ....and this is not the first time my ferritins have been low. According to the internet and the doctor, low ferritin levels are/can be directly related to blood donation. :-\

I suffer from low ferritin levels regularly too, due to crohn's disease. Biggest problem I found was that iron tablets just pi**ed the crones off and caused it to play up big time. Solved now by iron infusions via an I.V. when needed, only takes about an hour as an out patient compared to 3 months of pills and stomach upset. Instant fix and no more forgetting to take the pills. :)
