Today this afternoon black Guildford Street car park Luton NL03 NLG? Then 5 minutes later near Leaside Hotel junction in Luton Y?? VEH silver of course. Couldn't take any pix as I had the wife with me (and I was driving  ;))

like to know why it was raining in Luton at 0700 but bone dry sun shiny at jcn 13 Bedford?
