Some retailers only pay via BACS.

In addition, Amazon and other vouchers include a 5% bonus, hence the slight variation.

At the risk of repeating myself. Some retailers only pay cashback via BACS. Paypal isnt BACS. Neither is Amazon or other vouchers.

What amount can you withdraw via BACS transfer?

You dont have to pay the fee if you dont want to. They seem to automatically upgrade everyone to the premium account. I have opted for the free standard membership.

Vamps - About a year ago, TCB sent out an email asking for people to try their premium, faster paying service for free (for 3 months, then the fee applies). It seems many did the account upgrade, then never remembered to revert to the standard service ;)

Mr Omegaman - It should give you a good estimate of how long before payment comes through, and for the most part, this is reasonably accurate. The problematic ones I've had are Sainburys Bank (over a year for payout, was estimated 6 months) and crApple (still not paid, been way over a year), other than that, I've had no issues really.

Yes, just send them a message and be quite clear that you did not ask for a premium upgrade. They are usually quite good at reversing the charge.

AA are the longest in my experience. Mine took about 10 months. I think they try to protect their membership from premature cancellation.
