@ the bluestone s/s today, no pump rage but certain types were brimming their cars & filling placcy cans in the boot. Sad cases. It's the bank holiday food shop scenario, overshopping, why?
I watched, laughed, listened to AC/DC, got to the pump, slung a score in, half a tank, sorted.
Long time since my Eng Lit. Who wrote "Much ado about nothing"? ::)

It seemed quiet enough around Derby this afternoon and I paid 113.9p for unleaded at Sainsburys. I didn't put a full tank in 'cos I don't need the car on a daily basis and other people do.

Hope you all find the fuel you need over the coming days.

in Bristol diesel is 1.41 per litre......

Now that's taking the p*** >:(

I saw a Texaco near Liecester yesterday that was £136.9 & i thought that was bad, but £1.41 is exactly what you said & so much more. I just hope people don't pay it & find some where cheaper.
Where i live, there's no problems with panic buying.
On a slightly different point, what in the hell have the tanker drivers got moan about, £32,000+ a year when other Artic drivers only get half of that. Greedy bunch of arses  >:( >:(

Like many others doing the same trip everyday, I get to reconise cars, and some do around 800yrds, drop off, turn round, go home.  ITS QUICKER TO WALK  >:(
