I fill up every week regardless of how much is left in the tank, much cheaper now than with the Jeep....... :y :y

Do I have to keep the DTi now ??? :-\ and put the Elite on the drive :o or sell the DTi and use the money to LPG the elite ::) and keep the 3.2 MV6 as is. ;)

Problem solved. Mrs TB used it for work, and got scared with a light on  :-X

 ;D ;D ;D ..... I should lend Mrs TB my car.....it rarely has its fuel warning light off.....i only start to worry a bit if the fuel comp say '0' mils to go....i know i have a good few miles to get to a garage  ::)

The low fuel light lottery in the Merc is devilish... both the light comes on and the trip computer goes into reserve mode at 15 litres. Trouble is, instead of range, the display changes to 'Reserve Fuel Level' with a picture of a car being refuelled... three gallons should see 80-90 miles, minimum... but unless you knoiw what the range was before hand, it's pure guesswork :-\

I suspect it has tendency to destroy the fuel pump and crank sensor on the Omega if you let it run low enough regularly, imhe :-X
