Why are women so impatient
« on: 15 June 2008, 07:14:26 »

Zoe passed her driving test last monday, so took her down to Leicester to look at some cars (TAT). Came back only to find Rachel was in the middle of swapping bedrooms with Zoe (as Zoe has the larger room). The triple wardrobe was on the landing & she had attempted to get in the room alone instead of waiting for me to come back. She was on one, calling the robe stupid etc. I got the screw drivers, hammer & other various tools to which she said "what are you doing?" "I'm gona take it apart" R "it'll take ages" me "so will leaving it on the landing, cos it ain't gona go in like that". Proceeded to dismantle robe & then we both tipped it on it's back & in it went. Put it back together & now you'd never know i took it apart.
Why can't they just wait & be patient, because in the end the job gets done & gets done properly  :y But they get all flustered, heated up & *then all goes arse upwards* ::) ::)
My question is to a 99% male forum, are they all the same :-/ :-/

Clearly yet another piece for the genome study as this is obviously part of the chromosome error that creates a female.....

...along with

The anti logic gene
The extended memory for pointless things gene
The remember all minute errors in long term storage to hold against him gene
The must buy more shoes than are required for the average caterpillar gene
The indecisive gene

etc, etc, etc........

......cant live with em, cant shoot em.....

Isn't there an old saying that is something along the lines of:

Patience; a virtue rarely found in men and never in women

Mind you, I am one of the worlds worst impulse buyers - especially when it comes to cars and gadgets.

I am a terrible impulse buyer, I also have compulsive habits when shopping! The wife is the sensible one who applies logic. Role reversal at its best!!

I do all the domestic stuff, she does the diy!  :y
