  >:( >:( :o :o well I just dont believe it as victor said!!!!!  I was suspect of low fuel pressure at rail as would only get a trickle from depressure valve bought a new fuel filter old one looked like noah put it on put it on started car no throttle purred for 3_4 secs then bbbrrrrrrrttttttt instantly turned off but damage done inlet valve cyl 2 snapped and stuck inside of head also found piece of stem up in plennum!!!! :o  :o. All I did was change a blinkin fuel filter why would this happen?????. Timing belt intact tensioned cant check if jumped crank wont turn a full rev gonna cost a few quid me thinks  :'( :'( :'( :'(

better idling than 3000rpm at 70mph buddy. bad luck mate.
rebuild or engine swap decision time.... :( :(

Got a cheap 2.2 head here that should fit I think :-\

Happy to do Omega servicing etc around Merseyside,cruise activation, airbag lights sorted too...
