All Day,  >:( La Tour De France, straight through Epping Forest, The main North South Route so that will be closed, meaning no East West access will be forbidden before they head down and mess with the London traffic, not that needs much help.  :(

Hope these Cyclist know what there doing, risking life and limb by biking it through the Cockney Playground, reckon 10% of them probably wont make it out the other side.  ;D

Another day wasted, looks like I wont be going anywhere, cant even get to me lockup to play 'lets pretend Im a Car Mechanic for the day', why cant they bugger off and disturb Folk in Reading or something.  ;)

Ah, Them, yea we quiet a few of them in Essex, normally a bit older though, some of them drive Omega's believe it or not, normally beaten up ones, last time I saw one He was driving at 29.9 Mph, eyes focused directly through the windscreen totally oblivious to anything around Him, reckon He was on his way to the local Funeral Directors to get himself measured  up.

why is the tour de FRANCE even in this country, it has nothing to do with this country at all, it is all to do with boris trying to lobby support from the cyclists.

Listening to the comments on the radio I had to chuckle... One million people went to Harrogate to see a mamil called Mark...

Unfortunately Mark fell off and can no longer ride his bike. A million people are now really pissed, as they have just discovered that there is sfa to do in Harrogate ;D

One of my brother's staff was telling me yesterday that his GF booked a hotel in Harrogate a few weeks ago, she thought it was in London.

No wonder I have no faith in today's yoof

Probably has more impact on a Monday, most places are shut on a Sunday, so Boris can tell everyone how much money local Trade is going to make through the event and Visitors etc.

Had a similar deal with the Olympics back in 2012 with the White Water Rapid event about a mile away, Local Authorities were jumping up and down telling everyone to get ready to reap on the rewards of Visitors, when in fact the only people to make any money from it was the local Councils who were turning every piece of available space into a chargeable Car Park.

Only upside was most of the local Trade blinked and missed it, pretty much had a zero impact on the community.

Well was feeling a bit left out as it was on the telly, and could roughly work out when they where due, so being noisy I wondered up to to the main Forest road and stuck me head through the bushes, timed it just right, the 2 leaders followed shortly by the rest of the mob, woosh, the whole thing was over in about 15 seconds.

Bloody fast buggers, felt a bit sorry for the keen Folk who been waiting all day for something to happen, It really was a case of 'blink and you've missed it', right, thats me done for the day then.  ;)
