Made me laugh, apparently he's an expert in police driving  ;D

The fact that a police vehicle doesn't have to be using blue's & two's to claim a speed exemption clearly means little to him...

Using a hand held device whilst driving...3 points and a sixty pound fine
Driving over a ton... 6 points and an instant ban plus a fine
That stone chip is about four times larger than allowed, and is arguably in front of the wheel, where the tolerance is much lower :-\

What exactly is he annoyed about? The fact that they passed him or that they didn't pull him over :-\

Perhaps they had spotted a long wanted granny murdering, coke dealing rapist and were getting ready to pounce when that numpty screwed the whole thing up... not so clever now ::)

Presumably he'll be in court soon enough and being reduced to a bus pass...
