this is assuming you have uploaded the picture to file storage on line
so for my picture at http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1122/914523719_4a3b2dc684.jpg?v=0
i end up with

a rainbow landing on my miggy

ok i assume you have the pictures on your pc.
sign up to somewhere to store your pictures such as flickr
flickr will show you how to upload to your account.

once you have your picture right click it and select properties

it will then list the http address where the picture is stored.

copy this and insert it onto the forum inbetween the img tags as given above
