New Motor
« on: 06 August 2014, 09:44:02 »

 Hi
Well I've finally sold my Omega and am now the owner of an Insignia CDTI SE. Will still keep signing in occasionally, if I may.

 Hi
Haven't had motor long enough yet, but, Omega 2.2  managed around 35mpg on a long run. Due to go to Amroth in South Wales soon will fill tank brim to brim, so will see then.   Thing is, I'm getting more than that around town.  :-* No where near the official figures though :'(

The 'reduced cylinder' Omega are not known for their frugality.  :)

My 2.2 petrol auto was abysmal, I'm getting far more from the 2.3 full pressure turbo Saab 9000 auto
