Hi guys on Friday I had two rear tyres fitted. Yesterday I had to remove the wheels as I had to adjust the handbrake for mot and when undoing the wheel bolts I saw that one of the wheel bolts was in on an angel so rang the garage that fitted the tyres and said sorry it wasn't us then I said if that's the case the bolt would of snapped on you then at that point he hang up on me lol. Anyways I tried getting it out myself by working it out but no luck as snapped. How can I get this out

If they fitted the wheel with a bolt visibly on an angle then kick up stink!!!

Remove the other four bolts, pop the wheel off and unwind it

Oh, and name/shame the garage and never use them again

Drill it in centre and work up drill size as you go until you have it as large as possible,and then use heat with easy outs...but beware and use a decent set as if that breaks then virtually to drill them

Ok, whip the disc off too... This will give you summat to get a grip on

I hate garages like that. Jesu Christo, we all have messed up when doing a job (managing to get a drill through the side of a battery springs immediately to mind...) - you ring the customer, explain that an unfortunate incident has occurred, we will fix it at our cost and we are very very sorry...
