yep.. turmeric.. in Turkish Zerdeçal.. have lots of positive effects on health .. we normally use it in "Sarı Pilav" (made of rice)  and expensive material :y

Well, Lamb Nagas certainly keep me regular, and that's supposed to be a good sign.  Not sure about the occasional yelp whilst on the potty though....
