Makes sense.

Vettel to Ferrari where they can massage his ego and provide him with a number two driver that won't challenge him or dare I say show him up.

Alonso to Mclaren with their new Honda engine . Button to go. Magnussen has been showing him up a few times.

No seats for Hamilton or Rosberg....... can Mercedes take another season of in team rivalry for No1 driver ?

The big surprise for me was Kyvat going to Red Bull so soon after joining Torro Rosso, he's only driven 11 F1 races, all credit to their young driver program developing talent in house. The lesser teams with paying drivers it all depends who can raise the most money to compete.
Sorry to lose Jensen, but I think he'll join Mark in touring cars.
What will happen to Ron Dennis? I can't see Alonso driving with him in charge.

Alonso had a very knowing smile.

He talked about knowing what he wanted for some months, to be world champion, and needing certain things to be happy.

I don't know about you but I don't see him becoming world champion anywhere other than at Mercedes, at least until there's another major rule change.

Niki Louder just confirmed live on sky, as if it where needed, that Mercedes are NOT interested in Alonso. Nico has 2 years left on a three year contract, and they are negotiating with Lewis to extend beyond 2015. ...he said.

Maybe they could both go. :o

Button is knocking on a bit.34?  He hasn't outshone Magnussen as he should have. Plenty of other talent about to partner Alonso at Mclaren.

They won't want someone who'll give Alonso a hard time though, look what happened last time ::)

I love it, personally. Nothing goes round corners like an f1 car. Nothing.

Imo the boring element comes from the tv coverage. As I've said before, the tv simply doesn't convey the speeds involved. They insists on zooming in and panning through with the car, rather than zooming out and letting the car drive through the shot. So all that's seen us a blurred back ground, rather than the speed of the car.

But relatively speaking yes f1, under that basis, needs to shake itself up.

Sky sports coverage is excellent but they don't have controle over the picture, or production.

I love the new cars and rules personally, it's just so far removed from what people are used to, and lack of front downforce seems to be a major issue. Much to Jensons dislike, it's costing him dear.

he'll get a promotion, in charge of road cars or something but will still get to go to the races. Gerhard Berger will replace him. :y
