Those xmas tree ones last about 2 days and they dry out  :( Especially if hung from the mirror  :( Prefer the vent clip on ones  :)

Was thinking that... in eight years of taxi driving, not one of my cars has ever had an airfreshner in it :-\
Cleaned thoroughly and regularly, a car should never one...

What have you found to be the best  :)

I've found opening the window is best, unless you're driving past a field where they're shit spreading that is!  :o  ;D

I find most air-fresheners smell worse than what they're trying to mask.
As for them only lasting a couple of days, you're only supposed to pierce the packet not remove it.
I agree with Al, a properly cleaned car doesn't need perfume. But, if it's been damp etc then Neutradol absorbs the smell  rather than trying to cover it up.

California Scents are the dogs knackers.

Last for at least 2 months, stink to high heaven, small and discreet (not like those abominations posted above on the vents)......

My favourite is Conorado Cherry - I don't know why it's called that as it stinks like Marzipan.... I like Marzipan.
