Why attach memories of an utterly awfull car to a brand new one?

....it actually looks quite good imo. I wonder if they do a size 12?

Good point Chris.  I feared my first company car could have been a Viva, but thank God they adopted an all Ford buying policy and I had a brand new Ford Escort Mk1.  I was so pleased and relieved; the Ford had true street cred in the days of the Ford Escort Mexico and other Cortina rally cars, but Viva's.....................................................no young person wanted one of them out of choice!! :o :o :o ;D ;D ;D

At one point I hankered after a Viva GT. The one  with the 2 litre engine.

All came with a 'sporty' matt black bonnet, if memory serves.

Worth a bob or two, I'll wager.

Any colour you like as long as it's silver.

So nostalgic old gits will post on car forums about it.
Nostalgia implies some sort of affection/quality. To a viva ? Are you tripping again? Utterly appalling pile of shite.
