I think chicken is fine, its red meats, kidney beans and marmite that set me off, so chilli con carne Friday, mamite Saturday and lamb last night have breaked me up a bit. And its my right foot, which is a bugger, as I have some miles to cover this xmas

Hope everyone had a safe run home... was a very pleasant evening, good food and good company

Will have to be a bit less lastminute.com next time in order to secure a bigger table/when people are less busy
