any one know what degree stat a 2.2 (desmond ) takes and is it separate from the housing or does it come complete with housing...as some suppliers ( q.h ) show it just as a stat where others show it with housing.. :-\ :-\ :y

Don't know the temps (usually stamped on old one).

Just needs insert on 2.2

5 min job, ecp are selling them for approx £5 inc housing on ebay.

92deg stat :y
Can be bought with or without housing but unless buying genuine GM with housing be aware that some aftermarket housings are thinner than Original so the bolts will be too long ;)

Thats why we have grinders,hacksaw,washers and shorter bolts  ;D ;D
