Hello mates from Romania ! i have this omega B 2001, y22dth and I have problems with heat: heat that is not giving at all! I especially as i have a little boy and I can not go anywhere by car. I changed the thermostat - the temperature is at 90 degrees C, I checked the fuses and everything is functional, I did not have any diagnostic error code, I checked all hoses from heat and all are warm (hot) found that though the diagnosis inner flap engine ( little engine interior clapette) does not work. I gave test of "My Naff Code Reader" (china clone software diagnostics) and the inner damper motor does not work. Do you know where it is mounted? I tried to dismantle the board but I could not because of the wheel, I want to remove it so you have access to the climate unit can remove and check the inner flap motor. the car gives very light hot air more cold. I think this tab is stuck on cold .. please help me! I have tis2000 and GM epc4 but have not found anything conclusiv... vauxhall omega B -2001, caravan, 2.2 dti-120 hp

ok... new info: I removed  dashboard and therefore climate and noticed that all the valves motors that work, I dismounted and cooler climate and clean and I have seen a relative improvement and found two vacuum solenoid valves that control the recirculation damper and the other ... do not know ... I guess the hbv, both are burned (I checked with a multimeter and none have electrical continuity) their code is 268034712 and are mounted side by side above the accelerator pedal. I have no error in diagnosis in climnate module but now i have hot air on right side and cold air in left side... Do you have any omega B facelift for sale :-)

after a change the heater matrix is hot but not like 3-4 years ago... i checked- electric valves ( y14 & y35) i replaced the ecc with another second hand and no change, the vacuum rezervoir it's ok, vacuum hoses ok, one way valve from vacuum rezervoir it's ok but the recirculation flap is still no moving but when i make vacuum with mouth he moves and close the flap and keep  the vacuum... maybe it's ground wire from ecc broken... what shell i check ? i have small child ( 1,8 years) and is hard to take him with me...
