As title please, I need an ABS ECU for a 3.0 auto. As I understand any 2.5 or 3.0 ECU from 1998 onwards will do. But if a 3.0 auto one is available, it'll mean no programming is needed!

I have one of those on my 1999 v plate breaker, 3.0 auto, has never given any trouble

I can't remove it until Monday though

Ident needs to match (probably a DX, but check), and then programming needs to match.

I'm currently Tech2-less at the moment, so cannot assist with programming for a couple of weeks.

Yea, nice little job Josh, relatively easy once you've dismantled half the contents the Engine Bay left hand side of the Engine.

Battery out , 2 x 13 mm bolts undone then force the bugger upwards , pipes bend a wee bit but straighten out when its pushed back down. Works for me anyway

Did not take anything off when we did my 2.5. Hardest most annoying bit was sussing that the pink clip on the electrical connector had to be pulled towards the inner wing. Comes out about 2" or so.
